SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), your shipping method, and your shipment's destination.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number, as well as a link to track it online.

Domestic Customers (Pakistan)

ELEVANI offers free shipping on all orders that are over PKR 2500; placed through our website; and shipped within the Pakistan

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that international orders are subject to your country’s clearance charges, such as import fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are put in place by a country’s import/export regulations. These fees are neither placed nor collected by Elevani, and Elevani is not responsible for the total charge you may incur from these fees. Moreover, Elevani does not predict the total charges that may be collected by your home government. Elevani cannot offer reimbursement for these charges.  

Exchange

Elevani offers a standard 7 days return policy.

We offer exchanges to Pakistan customers only. We know you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn't right for you—we will send you a replacement.By using our returnservice, you can create a shipping label and set up your exchange quickly and easily.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, in one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
